At IndyaGenius, every garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to deliver exceptional quality and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing your order.
By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of successful delivery of your order.
Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they:
- Are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Are returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
- Do not show signs of wear, perfume, stains, alteration, or damage.
- Are accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by IndyaGenius.
SIZE & FIT EXCHANGES
We understand that achieving the perfect fit is important.
If an eligible product does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Customers are encouraged to review our Size Guide before placing an order.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES
For exchanges requested due to size or fit preferences, customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the original product and delivering the replacement.
For domestic orders, exchange shipping charges generally do not exceed ₹500, depending on the delivery location.
If the exchange is required because of an error on our part, no shipping charges will be applicable.
ALTERATION SUPPORT
If the correct size has been delivered but minor alterations are required for a better fit, we may offer complimentary alteration support at our discretion.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us.
- Alteration charges, where approved, will be borne by IndyaGenius.
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalised products.
- Made-to-measure garments.
- Altered products.
- Sale or discounted merchandise.
- Jewellery, handbags, potlis, footwear, and accessories.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Products marked as Final Sale.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging.
Upon verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customs duties, import taxes, shipping charges, and other government-imposed fees are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Products returned without original tags or packaging may not be accepted.
- Returned products must reach us in their original condition.
- IndyaGenius reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not satisfy this policy.
- Once an exchanged product has been delivered successfully, it shall not be eligible for a further exchange except in the case of manufacturing defects.
